Once you have created an account, all you need to do is Login every time you visit our web site. At the start of every visit to our Web Site, returning customers should login first to access their specific account information. To Login: Click “Login”

Searching for Products Using The Search Function 
 
The easiest way to search for products is to simply enter keywords in the Search field.  To search for products in our online catalog using the keyword search:
 
Enter one or more keywords in the “Search” field at the top of the page. If you enter more than one keyword, separate them by a comma.  The keywords may include any of the following:
 
•  Part Name (any keyword will work):  ex – nitrile, latex, glove, etc. 
•  Part Strength:  ex – 30mg
•  Part Color:  ex - red
•  Size:  ex – large, 2”, etc.
•  Pkg:  ex - 1000
•  Manufacturer's Item Code
•  STAT Part Number
 
Once you have your keywords entered into the “Search” field, click the “Find” button and it will display any item that contains at least one of your keywords.
 
Searching for Products Using The Categories On The Left Navbar
 
1.   Click on one of the categories listed under “Buy Online”
2.   Select one of the subcategories or a sub-subcategory beneath it (like Specula).
3.   After clicking on Specula, all products and their respective parts display.
4.   From here, you can add parts to your cart, check out the product or part detail information, or continue browsing.  You can order from either detail screen or return to the screen above to order.
 
Viewing Product or Part Details
 
•  To view product details, click the product image or the description below it.
•  To view part details, click on the part # in blue.
 
Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart
 
1.   Notice that you can choose the amount of products displayed by clicking on the drop down arrow to the left of the “Display Products”.
2.   Scroll-down the list to select the product you wish to order and enter the desired quantity.
3.   Click the shopping cart icon to the right of the quantity box.
4.   If multiple pages are displayed, go to the desired page. You need to add products to your order on each page before proceeding to the next.
 
Repeat steps 1 through 3 for all the products you wish to order.
 
When you're ready to complete your purchase, our checkout process is simple and convenient.
 
•  Click on the shopping cart icon to the right of the search box above the top navbar.
•  On this screen you can review your order, change quantities, and/or remove items from your cart.
•  If you have forgotten something, click "Continue Shopping".
•  Once you’re satisfied with your order, select the “Click Here to Check Out” button.  On this screen you can select the shipping method, enter an optional PO# and enter any comments you wish about the order or ask questions about products you couldn't find.  
•  Please verify the shipping and billing addresses are accurate and modify as needed.  Click
   “Continue” when ready.
•  Now fill in your credit card information as required, check the box if you want this card remembered,     and then click on the “Pay Now” button.
•  The credit card that you specify will be charged when the order is shipped.
 
Confirmation Screen
 
•  Review your order one last time and click on the “Confirm My Order” button.
•  You will receive an email confirmation of your order.  This email may also serve as a record of 
   your order.  In addition you may click on the print invoice tab to have a hard copy for your records.

Due to the expense associated with filling orders, we must request that all orders be over $75.00.  Thank you for your understanding.
 
Change Or Cancel An Order
 
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call STAT Pharmaceuticals’ Customer Service toll-free at (800) 748-5665 as soon as possible after placing your order.  If the order has already been shipped, you can return it.  You will be credited the order total less shipping.  You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
